Since joining DockMaster in 2024, she's focused on helping customers understand the software, refine their workflows, and document best practices for consistent results. Guided by a passion for learning and process improvement, Ariel approaches every project with clarity, collaboration, and a touch of humor.
With four years of experience in the marina software industry, Sean brings specialized technical expertise to our team. He has spent the past year at DockMaster supporting clients through software implementation, training, and ongoing optimization. Backed by seven years in computer software and hardware and nine years in customer service, Sean takes a practical, client-focused approach rooted in real-world problem solving.
Harrison brings on the water expertise to help marinas streamline operations and maximize platform value. A licensed U.S. captain, he began his career as a launch driver before moving into marina software in 2021 and joining DockMaster in 2024. An active sailor and fleet racer, he pairs a passion for boating with a practical approach that drives strong partnerships and successful outcomes.
With over five decades of experience in the marine industry—dating back to the days "BC" (before computers)—Dale has witnessed the evolution of boating and marina management firsthand. For the past 35+ years, she's been deeply involved with DockMaster Software, first as a customer navigating its early innovations, and later as a dedicated employee helping shape its growth. Her career reflects a lifelong commitment to the marine industry and the technology that powers it.
