Service Billing & Accounting (Wed, Oct. 7 at 2:00 PM)
Our Service Billing & Accounting class will cover the complete work order billing process along with giving you a better understanding of the impacted accounting process. The class will cover everything from parts pulls accounting & tracking. labor & sublet accounting, WIP monthly reporting and much more.

Basic Parts Inventory (Thu, Oct. 8 at 10:00 AM)
Our Basic Parts inventory module is crucial to ensuring seamless management. Our class next Thursday will cover the basic aspects and general maintenance functions of our Parts Inventory module.

This month will cover the parts inventory module in great detail. On top of the basics, we’ll also be offering classes for intermediate and physical year end inventory topics, taking place on October 21 and 27th respectively.
Basic Service (Tue, Oct. 13 at 10:00 AM)
Our Basic Service class covers the basic fundamentals of Service Management. Going through all the module’s basics, this class is intended for users with limited experience with DockMaster’s Service Management module.

Point of Sale (Wed, Oct. 14 at 2:00 PM)
DockMaster will be offering our point of sale class on October 14 which will cover all POS functions. This class will take you through the entire point of sale process from log in to end of day procedures to set up. Along the way you will learn how to do a simple sale, add comments to a ticket, apply discounts, suspend a ticket, receive monies on account, create a special order, refunds, printing, reporting, end of day procedures, set up of quick sell buttons, configuration of POS and more.
Prospect Management & Administration (Thu, Oct. 15 at 10:00 AM)
DockMaster’s Prospect Management & Administration class will take sales managers, personnel and administrators through the DockMaster Prospects CRM set up and processes.
Year End Accounting (Thu. Oct 22 at 10:00 AM)
Heading into the last quarter of 2020, this is the perfect time to master your year-end accounting skills in DockMaster. Our Year End Accounting class on October 22 will cover adjustment entries, year end closing, moving balances, best practices for record keeping and year end closing and much more.
Report Generator (Thu, Oct. 29 at 2:00 PM)
We’ll wrap up the month of October with our Report Generator class, which will show attendees how to use the system report generator to create custom reports and save them on your own menus.
