Get your staff ready for spring

It’s hard to imagine, but spring is finally around the corner as we push through the latter stages of winter. With the season of rejuvenation almost here, it’s a good time to refresh on some basics before the new boating season gets here.

DockMaster’s slate of training classes for March will be packed with the basics of marina management and service, as well as inventory management.

The 2020 season was thrown for a loop as the COVID-19 pandemic hit North America, but the 2020 season proved to be a massive success. The season saw a rise in first time boat buyers and an increase in general boating activity. Much of the same is expected for 2021 as prospective customers itch to take up an outdoor activity that is conducive to physical distancing. As a result, marinas and marine businesses are expected to be busy most of the year.

To ensure your staff is fully prepared for 2021, here are the classes being offered by our professional service trainers for March.
