At DockMaster, we believe that Customer Support is as important as the software itself. We provide a complete solution, encompassing phone support, email support and a support portal, as well as a full range of Consulting Services, Online Training and Onsite Training
Normal Support hours are between 8 AM and 7 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding regularly scheduled holidays of DockMaster.
Emergency Phone Support is available by dialing 561.969.2882 Option 8 from 7 PM and 10 PM EST Monday through Friday and 8 AM to 10 PM EST Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
