Annual DockMaster User Conference will be held from November 11-15 at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
While DockMaster has already distinguished itself through superior software, part of what makes us an industry leader is our dedication to customers. Our annual User Conference also gives us the opportunity to connect with our customers in person. Meanwhile, our customers will have a chance to learn from DockMaster experts. Our User Conference builds connections every year, as our customers can connect with other marine industry professionals. This invitation only event brings DockMaster users and our team of DockMaster experts together. By connecting with users, we can share knowledge and engage our customers in comprehensive learning. Attendees will also get the chance to participate in expert-led breakout sessions and go one on one with DockMaster experts in our Technology Center. Following our classes, attendees can share their best practices at our DockMaster roundtable to wrap up the week.
You’ll be greeted on November 11 with a Monday welcome reception. The following three days will be full of conference sessions, as well as some down time. Finally, to wrap up our final day of classes, we’ll be throwing a celebration dinner on November 14.
Class Schedule
Should you choose to attend our User Conference, you’ll have the option of purchasing 1, 2 or 3-day packages, based on the type of expertise you wish to obtain. Our classes will run from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM daily from November 12-14, each taught by one of our experts. Our classes will cover all of DockMaster’s capabilities, including DM accounting, billing and storage and system administration. You’ll have a vast selection of classes and can pick the day(s) best suited for you.
The Venue
The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Palm Beach Gardens will be hosting our User Conference this year. You’ll have a Zen like atmosphere to unwind after your day of learning.

As a Thank You for booking your spot with us early, DockMaster will offer you a 15% discount if you register by June 15th. If you book before September 30th we’ll still give you an 8% discount. Also note that multiple attendees from the same company will get a $50/day discount.
