Mobile Time Clock
DockMaster’s mobile time clock tracks the actual amount of time spent on a job. Technicians can select a job from a list of open Work Orders and select associated tasks (opcodes). Start time can also be changed to ensure accuracy and notes can be added via typing or voice-to-text recognition.
We also recently made some enhancements, based on customer feedback. Here are the latest enhancements coming soon to DM Mobile’s Time Entry and Time Clock functions:
– Standard Hours from the opcode will display on Time Entry and Time Card.
– Tech Descriptions will display on Time Entry or Time Clock.
– Notes from the Time Clock mode are editable.
Mobile Time Card
With the app’s time card, techs can input start/stop time or total hours on a job. Like the time clock, they can select a work order and associated tasks. Dates can be changed to include backdated time entries. Notes can be added, as well as photos and videos.
Put an end to paper job requests and job cards with the mobile scheduler. Techs can view and select jobs scheduled in DockMaster. A color-code status marks jobs as complete, in progress or not started and users can tab a job to launch the time clock or time card features.
