Setting Your Marina Up For Success During COVID-19 | marina management software

1. Add your booking button (or link) to your website, social media, online ads and anywhere else you have access to online so your customers can find you easily and book with you online. If you have an office-only phone number or email address on your moorage or contact pages on your website, consider replacing them with your booking button first (to direct the majority of traffic to online bookings) and a mobile phone number for customer assistance.

2. Ensure your reservations email address is accessible on your phone, tablet or remote work computer so you can get notified of new bookings. Your reservations email address is the one you log in with. The email address is easily changed by visiting Yachting Best.

3. Bookmark your dashboard on your phone, tablet, or remote computer. Your Swift Harbour dashboard works beautifully on any device allowing you to accept, waitlist, decline, or message any boater inquiry when remotely away from the office. Bookmarking it will save you time in the long run as the bookings flow in. On iPhones, you can even save the dashboard on your home screen like an app here.
