Throughout the month of April, DockMaster’s professional trainers will be taking attendees through various modules of their marine management system, from accounting to service billing and of course, the basics of marina management.

Accounts Payable & Bank Reconciliation (Wed, April 8 at 10:00 AM)

Accounts and AP clerks will find great value in our Accounts Payable & Bank Reconciliation class. This class will cover all aspects of accounts payable processing, including payable payment terms, accounts payable parameters, AP check layout and more!

Basic Marina Management (Wed, April 8 at 2:00 PM)

Marina management software

Our second class on April 8 will go through the basics of marina management, including billing & storage, wait list functions and visual marina. DockMasters, Accounts Receivable personnel, and Billing Clerks and Reservationists are all welcome to attend as our trainers take you through the processes of boat placement, visual reporting, using the visual marina map and so much more. Service Billing & Accounting (Tues, April 14 at 10:00 AM)

Our Service Billing & Accounting class will cover the complete work order billing process along with giving you a better understanding of the impacted accounting process. With DockMaster’s increased functionality in service tracking, it’s important to receive a refresher on crucial aspects of billing and accounting, such as parts pulls and tacking, labor accounting, sublet accounting, etc…

Accounts Receivable (Wed, April 15 at 10:00 AM)

Accounts Receivable will go through all the features of AR Processing within DockMaster, including AR maintenance, AR customer management, charges, cash receipts and more.

Basic Service (Wed, April 15 at 2:00 PM)

This class covers the fundamentals of Service Management. It is intended for users with limited experience with our Service Module. Among the topics on the agenda for Basic Service will be a review of the customer and boat files,  understanding work order and operation code types, checking service history and more. New service users, writers, and managers will all have something to gain in signing up.

Basic Parts Inventory (Wed, April 22 at 1:00 AM)

Finally, our Basic Parts Inventory class will go through the basic aspects and general maintenance functions of our Parts Inventory module. Inventory adjustments, pricing and general file maintenance will all be covered and of course, we’re always open to discuss certain features in more detail.
