DockMaster successfully relaunched its annual User Conference (DMCON), connecting clients with DockMaster experts and partners. Holding this event reassured DockMaster’s dedication to its customer base and gave experts a chance to reconnect with the marine professionals that form their clientele.
The DockMaster User Conference featured a series of expert-led breakout sessions, where clients got to engage with experts in DockMaster’s Technology Center.
Conference Included 3 Full Days Of Classes
Among the classes that were offered this year were DM Accounting, Marina Billing & Storage, Parts Inventory and more. Clients also had the chance to experience what the recently launched DockMaster Mobile has to offer.
This year’s User Conference was an overwhelming success, as over 100 clients of DockMaster attended and were able to interact with DockMaster staff in-person and gain a better understanding of the marine software’s capabilities. The event of course, wouldn’t have been as successful as it was without the help of DockMaster’s partners. This year, FuelCloud, SpeedyDock, Kenect and Zumasys were all present at DMCON. With the valuable features these partners add to DockMaster, attendees were able to gain a better understanding of just how robust DockMaster’s marina management software is.
Plans For 2020
While this year’s DMCON emanated close to DockMaster headquarters in western Florida, DockMaster is committed to making our 2020 events easily accessible to all clients. Plans for 2020 call for two regional User Conferences to take place, ensuring those who missed out on DMCON 2019 will have the opportunity to connect with our experts and share their knowledge with fellow marine professionals.
