LeadMaster (CRM)

LeadMaster, DockMaster’s marine CRM tool, is specifically designed for Boat Dealers and Service Yards. Store prospect data and search using users defined fields such as boat type or lead source (boat show, walk-in, referrals, web ads, etc.). LeadMaster will allow the user to access the prospect and search inventory and customer boat files to find the right boat for the prospect. Accessing customer boat files allows dealers to potentially up-sell an existing customer by finding buyers for their existing boat. For boat yards and service customers, LeadMaster allows the service managers to track prospects at scheduled intervals for term maintenance like oil changes, teak work or bottom jobs. LeadMaster also integrates with Microsoft Outlook, allowing users to generate emails or email campaigns for inventory arrivals, maintenance reminders, etc.
